Changshu has a comprehensive management system for switches, which is not only implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of relevant systems, but also sets emission reduction targets annually and has achieved significant results.
At the energy management end, Changshu Switch constantly optimizes the energy consumption structure, reduces the input of Non-renewable resource on the premise of ensuring safety and quality, and actively uses photovoltaic power generation and other means to replace traditional energy. At present, a total of 5MW solar power stations have been built in the plant area, and nearly 50% of the production power in the plant area comes from photovoltaic power generation. At the same time, the use of a circulating water system reduces water resource consumption and meets the water-saving goals set by the government's water-saving management office every year. As early as 2010, the company was rated as a "water-saving enterprise" by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Construction.

On the product side, Changshu switch products are designed with environmentally friendly materials that comply with the requirements of the European Union's "RoHS" directive, and adhere to the concept of green environmental protection and safety throughout the entire process. In 2022, Changshu Switch was awarded the "Green Footprint Evaluation Certificate" by the China Quality Certification Center. This move means that Changshu Switch has gained recognition from authoritative institutions for its efforts in energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental protection.

Changshu Switch closely revolves around management informatization, design digitization, and manufacturing intelligence in terms of technology, aiming to reduce pollution, reduce energy consumption, and improve production efficiency. It accelerates the improvement of green manufacturing capabilities and takes the lead in creating a new order driven production model among peers, significantly improving order delivery efficiency. In 2018, the company successfully completed the acceptance of the "National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Intelligent Manufacturing New Model Special Project".
